Aspiring to Creativity's 1st Glimmer Challenge!

Well I am tempted to start off by writing: Oh time does go fast ...
It seems I have not been able to upload any cards on my blog as I promised to myself in last entry. Anyway :)

I saw that Aspiring to Creativity had a challenge - and I thought: I want to play along before my vacation starts on Wednesday.

It was quite funny to make this card, and it incorporates 6 different colors. I was quite surprised to see that I had all six colors in my supplies ... :)

Here is my card for this challenge:

I apologize for the picture quality - but yesterday my canon camera broke (LOVELY! just 3 days before the vacation.......)

My supplies for this card are:
- Versa color Split Pea, Bark, Sky Blue
- Versamark water mark
- PTI Fresh snow
- PTI Raspberry Fizz, Sweet Blush, Lemon tart and dark chocolate
Pattern paper PTI Bitty dot in color moss green
Stamp PTI Guidelines, Sentiment from PTI Through Trees and some leaves from a cling (not really sure where or who I got that from).
- further I used a single perl and and a standard white card.

Well that is all for now :)
Thank you for looking at my card.

Have a nice summer

  1. So Sorry to hear that your camera broke. Hope you will be able to get it working for your vacation. I love what you did with the design by moving the strip and circular flower up. Well done ! Have a great vacation.

  2. I love how you incorporated all the colors together! I've yet to play with Guidelines II but it sure is versatile!

  3. I really like the pattern you created with Guidelines II!! And that flower in the corner is just stunning!

  4. Great job of incorporating all the colors -- I truly struggled with that aspect!
